A total of 77,121,272 new shares subscribed for in the offering have been registered with the Trade Register on 3 July 2026. Following the registration of the new shares, the total number of shares in Suominen is 135,380,491.

Final results of Suominen Corporation’s oversubscribed rights issue
The final results of Suominen Corporation’s (hereinafter the “Company” or “Suominen”) rights issue (the “Offering”) show that a total of 81,504,500 subscriptions for new shares (the “New Shares”) were made in the Offering, corresponding to approximately 105.7 per cent of the 77,121,272 New Shares offered in the Offering, and the Offering was thus oversubscribed.
