CHANGES IN SUOMINEN'S WIPING BUSINESS AREA AND CORPORATE EXECUTIVE TEAM

CHANGES IN SUOMINEN'S WIPING BUSINESS AREA AND CORPORATE EXECUTIVE TEAM 

As of 3 December 2010, Petri Rolig, President and CEO of Suominen Corporation is
responsible for Suominen's Wiping business area in addition to his other duties.
General Managers of Codi Wipes and Nonwovens business units report to him.      
Paul-Erik Toivo, Vice President and General Manager of the Wiping business area,
leaves the Group as from today.                                                 

M.Sc. (Eng), eMBA Juha Jokinen, 41, has been appointed as General Manager of    
Suominen's Nonwovens business unit located in Nakkila, Finland as of 3 December 
2010. Previously he worked as Sales Director of Suominen Nonwovens. Before that 
Jokinen has held various international sales and business development related   
positions at Kemira GrowHow and Yara's Industrial division.                     

MBA Erik van Deursen, 42, has acted as General Manager of Suominen's Codi Wipes 
business unit located in the Netherlands from July 2010. Before that he has     
acted as Sales Director of Codi Wipes. Van Deursen joined Suominen from the     
position of Business Unit Director of brewer AB-InBev in September 2009.        

Suominen's Board of Directors has decided that General Managers of the Wiping   
business area are also members of the Corporate Executive Team. Members of      
Suominen's Corporate Executive Team as of 3 December 2010 are Petri Rolig,      
President and CEO of Suominen Corporation; Arto Kiiskinen, Vice President and   
CFO of Suominen Corporation; Mikko Pellinen, Vice President and General Manager 
of Suominen Flexibles; Erik van Deursen, General Manager of Suominen Codi Wipes 
and Juha Jokinen, General Manager of Suominen Nonwovens.
