CHANGE IN CORPORATE EXECUTIVE TEAM OF SUOMINEN CORPORATION

Mr Hannu Sivula (M.Soc.Sc.) has been appointed Vice President, Human Resources and a member of the Corporate Executive Team as of 17 February with global responsibility for leading and developing the corporate Human Resources function.

He has previously worked in human resources management positions at chemicals company Dynea and before that in technology companies Wärtsilä and Cargotec.

Mr Sivula will report to Mrs Nina Kopola, President and CEO of Suominen Corporation and he is located in Suominen Helsinki Office.

Mr Arto Kiiskinen, Vice President and CFO of Suominen Corporation; Mr Jean-Marie Becker, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Nonwovens business unit; Mr Erik van Deursen, Vice President and General Manager of Codi Wipes business unit and Mr Mikko Pellinen, Vice President and General Manager of Flexibles business area will continue to be members of the Corporate Executive Team. All the mentioned report to Mrs Nina Kopola, President and CEO of Suominen Corporation.
