SUOMINEN OYJ TO COMPLETE THE TRANSFER OF BRAZILIAN WIPES BUSINESS IN THE SECOND QUARTER 2012
Suominen estimates that the transfer of the Brazilian operation from Ahlstrom Corporation will take place in the second quarter of 2012.
Suominen had previously anticipated that the transfer would have taken place in the first quarter of 2012. The transfer is subject to Suominen receiving all necessary Brazilian regulatory permits for its operations.
